    Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise most frequently described as moving meditation. Tai Chi incorporates slow gentle movements and physical postures alongside mindfulness and controlled breathing. This makes the class ideal for all fitness levels and abilities. Our Tai Chi instructor brings over 20 years of experience and excels at accomodating all class participants.
