    Tai Chi is a mind-body exercise most frequently described as moving meditation. Tai Chi incorporates slow gentle movements and physical postures alongside mindfulness and controlled breathing. This makes the class ideal for all fitness levels and abilities. Our Tai Chi instructor brings over 20 years of experience and excels at accomodating all class participants.

    This toning and sculpting class is designed to target core muscle strength using precise movements initiated from the center of the body. Pilates will also target the arms and legs while focusing on core stability and strength. The instructor will demonstrate modifications for all levels of fitness. This class will be performed on a mat, so please bring a mat to class.

    Looking for a challenging class that utilizes adjustable barbells, weight plates and body weight to sculpt all major muscle groups? All fitness levels are welcome; Power Hour instructors will emphasize form and technique throughout the class. Get ready to achieve your personal best in a truly empowering hour workout!
