  • Power Yoga- 8+ - Intermediate

    Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

    A high-intensity fitness program incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. The program uses constantly varied functional movements performed quickly for a set period of time and a set format.
