    A 40-50 minute water fitness class with a focus in cardio, strength, balance, and a total body workout.

    This chair-based fitness class includes using seated and standing exercises. Strongly suggested for seniors, participants recovering from an injury, or post-rehab. Strength, flexibility and balance are focuses.
