    This is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It's fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, have some fun with us!

    Child Watch is a member amenity only. Located beside the brick hallway leading to our studio and cardio rooms. Children are limited to 1.5 hours in the room. Ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.

    The Y offers an adult sport 3 days a week! Join this court-based sport that is similar to table tennis. Intermediate to advanced players can come on out and play! Beginner players are encouraged to reach out to erica@athensmcminnymca.org for lessons.

    Kettlebell training is a full body workout done with a cast iron bell that is different from dumbbell and bar exercises. Not only is it great for heart and lungs but muscular strength will increase since kettlebells recruit muscles from head to toe.
