Wellbeing, flexibility, strength, balance, and community are the goal of this yoga class. This class includes yoga poses that involve getting up and down off the floor.

    Please register at the front desk. RSB is designed to improve balance and coordinatation, and attack Parkinson's at its vulnerable neurological points. From boxing combinations, repetitions, and quick movements, we'll focus on your overall fitness. Research indicates that boxing can improve Parkinsons disease symptoms, helping people diagnosed with the disease maintain higher levels of function and quality of life than those who engaged in other forms of exercise.
