    A total body workout that is based lightly on dance techniques with emphasis on core and body alignment. Use of light weights, bands, balls, chairs, floor mats, abdominal work and cardio included. All levels welcome.
  • Aqua Step

    8:15 am - 9:00 am (45 minutes)
    Aqua step classes follow the same format as step classes in a gym or studio. Students will perform a warm up routine, then an aerobic routine involving the step and a cool down sequence. All in the water. Come and check it out!
  • Gentle Fitness

    A very basic, gentle physical fitness class designed to increase mobility, strength, balance and flexibility. The class will incorporate chair exercises, bands, balls and light weights.
  • AQUA Total Body HIIT

    This class will intersperse higher intensity cardio segments with total body conditioning exercises to get a TOTAL BODY workout in a short period of time. New to exercise? Everyone is encouraged to workout at their own pace! Water shoes are encouraged.rn
