RSB is designed to improve balance and coordinatation, and attack Parkinson's at its vulnerable neurological points. From boxing combinations, repetitions, and quick movements, we'll focus on your overall fitness. Research indicates that boxing can improve Parkinsons disease symptoms, helping people diagnosed with the disease maintain higher levels of function and quality of life than those who engaged in other forms of exercise.
