    Join us to learn the "Workout Of the Week"! During each session, the trainer will guide participants through a workout designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, enhance core stability, and increase flexibility that they can repeat later in the week on their own. It's like a weekly appointment with a personal trainer to learn a custom workout that you can do 2-3x later that week!Learn Proper Form: The trainer demonstrates correct form and technique for each exercise to ensure proper muscle engagement and to help prevent injury.Full-Body Workout: This class includes:Strength Training: Exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, and other equipment to build lean muscleCardio: Increase heart rate and improve endurance with cardiovascular drills.Core Conditioning: Exercises that target the core for improved posture and stability.Flexibility & Recovery: Dynamic and static stretches to enhance range of motion and promote muscle recovery.Take-Home Guide: Participants receive a detailed guide for the week's workout to replicate and complete the session independently.

    Restorative Yoga provides the mind, body, and soul, a chance to slow down and participate in a style of yoga that is like no other. Studies show that this particular practice helps with increased relaxation, better sleep, improved well-being, a better overall mood, reduces pain, and is gentle on the body. Restorative Yoga allows students to enter a meditative state, and enjoy passive stretches with the use of props. Throughout the class students will hold postures for an extended period of time, and focus on ease and release. You might even fall asleep! The only work required for this class is to focus on your breath! Note: Bolsters are NOT required, we recommend you bring your own mat and blanket to use for the class
