Sat in Gymnasium9:00 am - 9:50 am (50 minutes)Drums! is a high energy, full body cardio and strength workout. You will use drumsticks on the large stability balls, which will be your drum. Class will include traditional cardio exercises like jumping jacks, marches, runs and grapevines. The strength portion will include lower body exercises like squats and lunges. The upper body will get a ton of muscle work from drumming on the ball. This class will include plyometrics, coordination skills, brain power, flexibility, and stress relief. Drums! is modifiable for different levels and suitable for all ages. Most of all, its fun!!!Aqua Zumba
