Restorative Yoga provides the mind, body, and soul, a chance to slow down and participate in a style of yoga that is like no other. Studies show that this particular practice helps with increased relaxation, better sleep, improved well-being, a better overall mood, reduces pain, and is gentle on the body. Restorative Yoga allows students to enter a meditative state, and enjoy passive stretches with the use of props. Throughout the class students will hold postures for an extended period of time, and focus on ease and release. You might even fall asleep! The only work required for this class is to focus on your breath! Note: Bolsters are NOT required, we recommend you bring your own mat and blanket to use for the class
