    This deep water class utilizes buoyancy belts or other flotation devices to provide a total cardio and muscle toning workout in the pool. Movements will both utilize the length of the pool and be in place. Buoyancy belts and pool noodles are provided or bring you own.

    This class is fully funded by the Parkinson's Foundation. Please register at the front desk. RSB is designed to improve balance and coordinatation, and attack Parkinson's at its vulnerable neurological points. From boxing combinations, repetitions, and quick movements, we'll focus on your overall fitness. Research indicates that boxing can improve Parkinsons disease symptoms, helping people diagnosed with the disease maintain higher levels of function and quality of life than those who engaged in other forms of exercise.
