    A total body workout that is based lightly on dance techniques with emphasis on core and body alignment. Use of light weights, bands, balls, chairs, floor mats, abdominal work and cardio included. All levels welcome.

    Aqua step classes follow the same format as step classes in a gym or studio. Students will perform a warm up routine, then an aerobic routine involving the step and a cool down sequence. All in the water. Come and check it out!

    A very basic, gentle physical fitness class designed to increase mobility, strength, balance and flexibility. The class will incorporate chair exercises, bands, balls and light weights.
  • Drums!

    Drums! is a high energy, full body cardio and strength workout. You will use drumsticks on the large stability balls, which will be your drum. Class will include traditional cardio exercises like jumping jacks, marches, runs and grapevines. The strength portion will include lower body exercises like squats and lunges. The upper body will get a ton of muscle work from drumming on the ball. This class will include plyometrics, coordination skills, brain power, flexibility, and stress relief. Drums! is modifiable for different levels and suitable for all ages. Most of all, its fun!!!
