    Yoga classes will focus on the basic poses, correct alignment, breath work, and movement. Modifications will be offered throughout class allowing for beginners and more experienced participants to increase flexibility and strength.

    A total body workout utilizing adjustable weight barbells and hand weights for high-repetition weight training set to energizing music to strengthen and tone muscles, and non-linear movement training to improve competence in daily activities.

    Cross training style class works the entire body while, at the same time, teaching the core fundamentals of boxing. Geared to improve agility, balance, hand-eye coordination, mental fortitude and personal self-defense. Member: $10 | Non-Member $15
