    This shallow end class focuses on giving the participants a great cardiovascular workout. It has a lot of movement and directional changes and maintains a heart rate for 45-50 min with a gradual slowing the heart rate down (cooldown/stretch 10 min).

    The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

    Basketball court is open for Basketball, Volleyball or Pickleball. Full Court Basketball is allowed unless there are more than 20 people in the gym, at which play will shift to half-court.

    Aqua Jog - AKA deep water running is a form of cardio exercise that mimics the motion of jogging while submerged in water (float belt is provided). Be prepared to use your arms, hips, legs and abs. Being able to swim is required for deep end.
