    Participants participate in a low impact warm water workout. Exercises are aimed at improving joint range of motion, reduce joint stiffness, and pain. Great class for beginners, participants with back pain, arthritis, or recovering from surgery.

    We will use multiple different movement series to strengthen the body. We will use resistance bands, light dumbbells, exercise balls, and body weight to create a low impact workout.
