  • Raptor Class - Any Level

    High intensity, functional training that is modified to each participant’s ability. These classes will incorporate the basics of squats, deadlifts, presses, athletic conditioning, etc. that will change nearly every workout.
  • Yoga - Any Level

    9:30 am - 10:15 am (45 minutes)
    YOGA means union of spirit, mind and body. Yoga utilizes breathing techniques to calm the mind, poses to build strength, flexibility, balance and concentration.

    Open swim is a recreational time for all members Children 7 and under must be accompanied by a parent; Children 8 and over must be able to pass a swim test. Children 8 to 11 must be supervised by an adult while in the pool.
