  • Power Hour

    Power Hour combines traditional strength exercises and the hottest functional training moves, utilizing a barbell, weight plates, and your body weight to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training and athletic movements are key components of this results-driven workout. Power Hour is developed with a periodized approach to ensure you are constantly changing your workout and challenging your body. It also combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best!

    Drop your child ages 6 months to 7 years old off at Child Watch while you workout. $6 per hour per child. The rest of the month is free after a child's 6th visit! You are welcome to drop your child off 10 min before 9am if attending a 9am class. Reservations recommended. Space is limited. Though drop-ins are welcome.

    Family Swim is open to all active members and their children 6 months and older. A maximum of 4:1 Child:Adult ration is enforced at all times. Children between the ages of 6 months - 6 years of age are required to be within arms' reach of a parent/guardian in the water at all times. Children between the ages of 6 months - 12 years of age are required to be actively supervised by a parent/guardian in the water at all times. Children who have passed the swim test do not have to have a parent in the water with them but must still be actively supervised by a parent/guardian in the pool area at all times. Only Coast Guard approved flotation devices are permitted. Children who are not potty trained are required to wear swim diapers.
  • Zumba®

    Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away both worries and calories. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." Zumba is not only great for the body but is also great for the mind.
