    This class focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility in the physical body. It is appropriate for those new to Yoga as well as those more experienced Yogis - options and modifications are always offered.

    Using bands and dumbbells and balls we will build full body strength and improve range of motion for activities of daily living. Balance and coordination exercises will be incorporated as well.

    Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away both worries and calories. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." Zumba is not only great for the body but is also great for the mind.
