    Drop-in, drop-out care in a nurturing, safe environment for infants and children 6 weeks to 12 years old while their parent/guardian is on-site at the Y, maximum 2 hrs/day or 10 hrs/week.

    Body Pump Express is a 30 or 45 minute strength workout. BODYPUMP, from Les Mills barbell class gives you the moves to burn fat, gain strength, sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body.
