    Up and down the length of the pool repeatedly is the idea. Swimming, aqua jogging, water exercise. Please come to the pool expecting to circle swim.

    Circuit class specifically designed for active older adults to strengthen any weak muscles, stretch tight areas and build core strength. We will use the chair, bands, and balls for exercises.

    LAP: Swim or aqua jogging up and down the length of the pool repeatedly. Come expecting to circle swim. OPEN: Youth 4yo and under must be within arm’s reach of an adult in a swim suit at all times. Youth 5 to 7yo must have an adult in the pool area.
  • Day Camp Swim

    1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (2 hours)
    Swim time for the summer day camp program. Lap lanes are still open during this time.
