    Okinawan Goju-Ryu is a karate style with roots in China that incorporates elements of Judo & Aikido. The Headmaster of the organization is John Roseberry, "Shihan," meaning "teacher of teachers." Taught by Karin Fuog, Sandan (third degree black belt)

    We call this “Booty-full” because we combine all the exercises you need to tighten, shape & build your gluteal muscles, thighs, hips & abs in one class! We'll use our new cardio equipment and strength machines to lead a “circuit-style” class.
