    Aqua Barre is ballet movements without pressure on your joints. Barre is a great way to cross train because it zeros in on your fine twitch muscles rather than just large muscle groups. Expect some Yoga moves for stretching, and Pilates moves for core. It's just a great all around workout in the shallow water.
