    A deep water class that incorporates cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Buoyancy cuffs, noodles, kickboards, and water barbells may be used in class. Equipment is provided, as well as flotation devices if needed.

    This class brings cycle into the pool. Get the same great ride with jumps, hills and sprints but with the support and resistance of water. Water shoes recommended. Arriving 15 minutes early is also recommended
  • Ashtanga Yoga

    Focus will be on half of the poses of the Ashtanga primary series, to include sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and proper vinyasa transitions. Additional focus on the 3 pillars of the Ashtanga Yoga system: breath, internal strength, and gazing. Modifications will be provided. This class is suitable any participant as long as they have had some yoga experience. This class will run 75 minutes.
