    Les Mills CORE is a 360 degrees of pure core, but not as you know it. It is an innovative workout that will transform the muscles of your torso, hips, and glutes into a powerhouse of support for the rest of your body. Scientifically tested to improve your stability, build strength and endurance in the muscles that support your core, and assist with injury prevention, you will feel strong, agile, and connected after each workout. Available in 30 or 45 minute workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, optional plates and bands. Les Mills CORE offer options for all levels of fitness.
  • Chair Yoga

    Chair Yoga is appropriate for those new to yoga, as well as those who have trouble getting up and down from the floor. The class features classical yoga postures including standing and seated postures and ends with deep relaxation.
