    A 60-minute mat-based resistance exercise class that will target hips, thighs, abdomen and lower back.

    This class is for active older adults who are young at heart! It is made up of intervals that alternate between light cardio exercise and strength training. Flexibility and balance work is added in at the end to make this a well-rounded workout.
