    An aerobic exercise class using stationary cycling bikes that is appropriate for all fitness levels as intensity can be controlled by individual participant. Clip – in cycling shoes are optional; water bottles are a MUST!

    This Les Mills barbell workout is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. Equipment used include barbells, plates, and a height-adjustable step.

    This class adds in a heart-pumping cardio segment to the format of Core & More. Resistance exercises will focus on the core muscles (hips, thighs, abdomen & lower back) and may also include upper body strengthening, flexibility and balance training.

    This is a slower paced style in which you hold passive floor poses for longer periods of time, targeting the deeper tissues of the body. The result: more flexibility, healthier tissues, and increased range of motion in joints with old injuries.
