    This class adds in a heart-pumping cardio segment to the format of Core & More. Resistance exercises will focus on the core muscles (hips, thighs, abdomen & lower back) and may also include upper body strengthening, flexibility and balance training.
  • Yin Yoga - Any Level

    This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints. Yin Yoga is a passive practice involving variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes.
