  • Deep Stretch

    This is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, shoulders and upper back. This class begins with warming up the muscles to prepare muscles to lengthen and elongate enhancing flexibility mobility and elasticity. This class could be a mixture of standing and sitting stretches using a yoga strap and blocks. There is always a nice relaxing Savasana at the end of class.
