  • Power Lite Yoga

    This yoga class is designed for members that want more of a challenge but a manageable challenge for most. A yoga class that holds positions a little longer, challenges flexibility, core work and balance. This class uses straps, blocks and wall space to help assist with alignment. This class always has a much-needed Savasana at the end of class. There are NO arm balancing, head stands or super advanced poses in this class.
