    Slow flow is a creative flow yoga designed to bring balance to the body and mind by practicing slower. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system, we focus on our breath, and we become stronger mentally and physically. All levels welcome!
  • Functional Strength and Core

    This low-impact class uses functional strength movements relevant to daily activities with a focus on the core. It also includes balance training, low-impact cardio, and full body stretching. A variety of equipment is used including Bender Balls, hand weights, Bosu Ball, stability ball, gliding discs, and steps. All fitness levels are welcome.
