    The Surge 7 Hills Master's Swim Team is a coached group of Lynchburg and surrounding area swimmers. We welcome adult swimmers of all ages and swim abilities from those looking to refine their stroke technique and learn all the competitive strokes to those training to compete in Nationals. Our members range in age from the 20s to 90s. The coached sessions offer an opportunity for stroke refinement, individual correction, and tailored drills. Whether you are just trying to stay in shape or training for a triathlon or pool competition, you can find your niche in this group. Newcomers are welcome to try the program out for free for a week before committing. Fees: $35/month or $10/drop in.
