    The class involves a variety of warm-up stretches and strength-building most of which can be done using the assistance of a chair. Light free weights and yoga straps are used to give you a full body workout.

    This is a 30 minute class to perform muscle training exercises for all major muscles of the body in correct form and with appropriate weight using dumbbells, elastics, balls, etc. Building muscle fitness will strengthen bones and improve flexibility.
